Terms of Service

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer by EuroFinds and to every agreement between EuroFinds and the buyer.

2. Prices and VAT

All prices include VAT. EuroFinds sells second-hand goods under the margin scheme (EU VAT Directive). This means no VAT is separately stated on invoices. Invoices state: 'Special arrangement - second-hand goods'.

3. Orders

Every item is unique (1-of-1). After placing an order, the item is reserved for you. The agreement is established after confirmation of your order by email.

4. Auctions

Bids are binding. The highest bidder at the end of the auction is obligated to purchase. Anti-sniper extension may adjust the end time for bids placed in the final minutes.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Per EU regulations, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product. See our return policy for more information.

6. Applicable Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
