What data do we collect?

For orders, we process your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. For cookie-free usage statistics, we also process the visited path, any linked product, approximate country, and bot classification.

Analytics and retention

Our own pageview collector uses the IP address and user agent only transiently for rate limiting, bot detection, and excluding administrator visits. New pageview records do not store the IP address, user agent, or referrer. The limited analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement; we do not use this data for marketing profiles.

Cookies

We use functional cookies necessary for the website to work (for example, language preference and shopping cart). The analytics described above are cookie-free; we do not place analytics or marketing cookies.

All connections are secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Payment data is processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider and is not stored on our servers.
