Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason. The cooling-off period starts on the day you receive the product.

How to Return

1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number
2. You'll receive a return form and instructions
3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. After receipt and inspection, we process the refund within 14 days

Exceptions

Custom-made items or items of a clearly personal nature cannot be returned. Auction purchases are subject to separate terms.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
